With deep expertise in leadership development, men’s development, fatherhood, career coaching, executive training, and life skills, Santo delivers transformative programs that drive growth, engagement, and success for clients across diverse sectors, including business, education, non-profits, and faith-based organizations.

Santo received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Temple University and has completed post-graduate studies in Education. His educational foundation, combined with real-world leadership experience, allows him to connect authentically with audiences and deliver insightful, impactful content.

As the founder of Life’s Work 53 LLC and ListenandSell LLC, Santo has developed and executed a wide range of corporate training initiatives designed to foster leadership, enhance employee performance, and promote a positive organizational culture.
